General Airplanes Corp of Buffalo, New York created the Model 107 Mailplane to haul airmail or air freight. It had a monocoupe fuselage made of metal with fabric covered wings. This aircraft was acquired by Wright Aeronautical at Caldwell, New Jersey, for flight testing their new line of 1000hp Cyclone engines. (Photo from the Emil Strasser Collection via Gery Liang)
