General Airplanes Corp of Buffalo, New
York created the Model 107 Mailplane to haul airmail or air freight. It
had a monocoupe fuselage made of metal with fabric covered wings. This
aircraft was acquired by Wright Aeronautical at Caldwell, New Jersey, for flight
testing their new line of 1000hp Cyclone engines. |
