Boeing Model 226, NC233M, c/n 1091, a revised Model 80A
airliner. The changes included: engine ring cowls, wheel fairings, buffet
installation, revised lavatory and main cabin; entire structure reinforced and
strengthened. Standard Oil of California ordered the aircraft from Boeing in
1929. |
