Eastern Air Lines Lockheed 10B, (NC14958, msn 1036, EAL fleet #11). This aircraft was a 10A and was the prototype for the 10B which was powered by Wright engines of 440 hp vs the 10A's P&W 450 hp engines. September 18, 1935 it was delivered to EAl and was sold to Northwest Airlines in July 1937. (Al Hansen Collection) |
