Civil Aero Medical Institute (CAMI) was a medical research organization within the FAA that conducted research into human medical factors of flying.  As part of a program CAMI obtained through bailment a single Navy T-34 in 1963.  No photos of this aircraft have been located but this illustration of the aircraft provides an idea of how the aircraft look in FAA colors.
